Who We Are?
Please allow us a moment to introduce ourselves. We do not view ourselves as being perfect. We are people just like you who struggle with sin; but, as Christians we have found in Christ Jesus, grace and forgiveness. We are a group of Christians striving to serve God. We call ourselves Christians for we have chosen to follow Jesus Christ; and in so doing seek to follow His teachings and model His life in ours. We have no central organization here on earth that we answer to; nor man-made creeds that we follow; only the Bible.
What Do We Believe?
We believe in One God. We believe the One God is composed of three Persons; the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). We believe Jesus Christ was God in the flesh (John 1:1, 14), and that He came to this earth, lived a perfect life, was crucified for our sins, and that He rose from the dead three days later (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). We believe the Bible is God's inspired word and not merely the work of man (2 Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:10-21). We believe that one day there will come a day of judgment where each person will give an account for their life (John 5:25-29; II Corinthians 5:10). We believe we are saved by the grace of God through faithful obedience to the gospel (Ephesians 2:8; Romans 1:5, 16:26 ). We believe the Bible teaches one can be saved by:
Hearing: Hearing what? The inspired word of God.
"So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ" (Romans 10:17).
Believing: Believing What? The gospel. Believing in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
"He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned" (Mark 16:16).
Repenting: Repenting of what? Your Sin.
"I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3).
Confessing: Confessing What? That Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.
"For with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation" (Romans 10:10).
Baptism: Baptized how and why? By immersion in water for the forgiveness of sin.
"Peter said to them, Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit"
(Acts 2:38).

What do We Do?
We gather together on the first day of the week to worship God in spirit and truth (Acts 20:7; John 4:24). At this time we partake of the Lord's Supper in remembrance of our Savior's sacrifice. We sing songs of praise to God (Ephesians 5:19). We do not use mechanical instruments of music in our worship of song for we do not find authority or example in the New Testament for the practice of such.
Each week our members have the opportunity to give financially to support the work of the local church (1 Corinthians 16:2). Each member gives as they have purposed in their heart (2 Corinthians 9:7). We do not tell anyone how much they should give; nor do we solicit contributions from our visitors.
When we gather together we spend time in prayer and the teaching of God's word; and, enjoy the fellowship and support of one another (Ephesians 4:11-13).
What About You?
Are you interested in learning more about God? Are you looking for hope in this hopeless world? The Bible tells us faith comes from hearing the word of Christ (Romans 10:17). God communicates to us today through the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17). If you want to know what God is saying to you, it is essential you listen to His word (Acts 17:30).
We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you in greater detail about who we are, and more importantly, about who God is, and what He can do for you. We offer:
